Sweet_D was an absolute joy to deal with (she lives up to her name as she is super-sweet). Communication was great and she was very responsive. She explained, up-front, a situation that would cause a delay in the order and was apologetic when it caused a bit more delay than expected (even though it was completely out of her control). In addition to the physical items she prepared, she worked with me on a huge set of custom photos and a custom video which all turned out exactly as I'd hoped they would (I also purchased a premade set of photos and video which were excellent). The physical items arrived quickly and were all individually bagged, letting me truly appreciate each item separately. I also made a request for an unlisted item which she fulfilled perfectly. I couldn't have asked for anything more and I recommend her without hesitation!
