My mom gave me this bra last year & it was too big for me but I kept it & its become the first piece of my "Carter Monroe Customs" Collection.

-BACKSTORY- I moved from TX to CA & I lost my car & all my belongings other than what was in a backpack. It's sentimental to me!
My s** worker glitter whore cousin let me "borrow" her beloved glitter & this is what I created.
